Hardstyle.com uses a support ticketing system where everybody can ask their question to the crew of Hardstyle.com. Those questions are not visible for everybody, but only visible for the crew and yourself.

Hardstyle.com uses a support ticketing system where you can ask questions about different subjects like:

-    Bug(s) at Hardstyle.com
-    Download problems at Hardstyle.com
-    Profile problem(s)
-    Problems with payment(s)

When you ask a questions please be so kind to ask fill in everything as detailed as possible. Otherwise the crew could answer not as good as they want. We try to solve your problem within a reasonable time, but it can happen that it will take a bit longer than expected. When you ask a question the crew needs the following information:

-    Name + Family Name

-    Profile Name
-    Address (Your home address)
-    Bank details (When you have troubles with the payment(s))
-    Order Number (when available)
-    Track Title + Artist
-    Specific URL

-    Track & trace link

Dj Profile

When you see your own profile on Hardstyle.com and you wish to update it please contact us. You have the option to add your personal Top 10, update your biography and update your music (Notice: you are not able to upload your own music when you don't have a partnership with Hardstyle.com). When you contact us through the support center the crew needs the following information:

-    Name

-    URL Profile

-    Subject Update my own Dj profile

-    Mail address

-    Specific Information about your request

-    Contact person of your record label (Name and mail address)

Advertising

If you are a client of Hardstyle.com, you have the option to promote your products / label or artist(s). We have several option to promote your products. Please make use of the Support sytem and send a request with the following subject; Advertising * Your Product / Label / Artist(s) *. We will contact you with further instructions. Please make sure that you have all the information ready so we can act instantly to your request.
